Return Window

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by the tracking information.
  

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact

• Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  

Please note:

• Sale, clearance, or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless required by applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
  

Return Process

1. Email us at support@modestinc.ca within 14 days of delivery, including:
   Your order number
   Reason for return or exchange

2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
   

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
