Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate order cancellations within a limited time frame.

Customers may cancel their order within 1 hour of placing it by sending an email at support@modestinc.ca

Cancellation requests received after 1 hour of order placement cannot be processed, as the order may already be prepared or dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may request a return and refund after receiving the item, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time.
